What is the State Code for Delaware?

TurboTax will not allow numbers in the required field and that is what is on the W-2G form as a state identification number.

State Code is probably referring to the state abbreviation, DE, for Delaware. 

The state ID number would be a series of numbers on the form.  There should be a separate box to enter that information.
