West Virginia Non Family Adoption Credit

West Virginia  Credit when I check Non Family Adoption Credit it is asking to upload the RRB-1099 (Retire Railroad Benefit 1099)   Why??

If you entered something from form RRB-1099, then the Virginia Department of Taxation may want to verify that you entered the information correctly, so they want to see the form.

Its the state of West Virginia, not Virginia,   I did not select anything to do with the RRB-1099 form, I only selected the Non Family Adoption Credit.  So I am confused why it is asking for the RRB-1099 form

The RRB-1099 form may be in your program somehow. If so, you can delete it by following these steps and that may resolve your issue:

1. Tax tools (on the left menu bar)
2. Tools
3. Delete a form

Find form RRB-1099 in the list and delete the form.
