W2-G does not have box 13 or box 18 filled in. I live in FL, winnings were in FL.

On the Form W-2G leave boxes 13 thru 18 blank (empty) since the winnings were in Florida which has no state income tax.

Cleared boxes 13 through 18, errors went away. Thank you!
