I was a part-year resident of both CA and VA, but continued paying tax in CA after I'd moved to VA. Does this need to be entered under VA Credits & Taxes: Credit for Tax Paid to Other States?
Or perhaps I'm just getting a software error. When I go back to the VA Credits & Taxes section and click on "Credit for Tax Paid to Other States", I am returned to the same navigation page. I do not go anywhere. The "Revisit" button seems inactive?!
Thanks!

No. Turbo Tax will automatically give you the credit for taxes paid to other states. When you prepare your return, make sure you begin preparing the state you moved from first, and then preapre your resident state you lived in as of 12/31/2019.

I accidentally started this section and said I had tax to claim when I did not (DC tax form already took care of this). It will not let me go back and amend this section now. I also get returned to the same navigation screen when I hit the revisit button. I just need this cleared so I can file. I already paid my fees because it said I was done but the final review after I paid came up with the error and it won't let me e-file.
Virginia law provides a credit for taxes paid to another state to help prevent payment of taxes to multiple states on the same income. If any part of your Virginia taxable income is also taxed by another state, this credit may be available to you.
If you don't want to claim the credit :
