Hi,
I was affected by the Severe Winter Storms in California, in Dec 2022 & Jan 2023.
According to this announcement:
under section "Casualty Losses":
"Affected taxpayers claiming the disaster loss on their return should put the Disaster Designation, "California severe winter storms, flooding, landslides, and mudslides", in bold letters at the top of the form. Be sure to include the FEMA disaster declaration number, FEMA-4683-DR, on any return"
BUT, how do I write that Disaster Designation in bold letters at the top of the form IF I E-FILE in TurboTax ???
Thanks in advance

If you reported a casualty loss on your 2022 tax return, there will be a Form 4684, Casualties and Thefts included with the return. On the Form 4684 will be the FEMA disaster declaration number.
When the tax return is e-filed the IRS software will recognize that there is a Form 4684 and a FEMA number so the return will be processed appropriately based on the disaster number received.
