Vetting of CC processing partner

Who is your CC processing partner and how well have they been vetted?  Do they store any of the supplied information and is any of it stored on a cloud in China?  With the additional requested information ( drivers Lic info) the amount if info collected is a serious security risk.

What are you trying to pay with a CC? 

To pay the TurboTax account fees you use your own credit card.

To pay taxes owed with a CC there is no requirement to enter a driver's license number on the screen for entering your information.
