VA state tax refund

Are you able to complete VA state taxes online or does VA require them to be mailed? My OH state taxes and federal taxes have been approved, however my VA tax still has not been approved.

You can either e-file your Virginia return to the Virginia Department of Taxation, or mail the return in.
