How do I file my Utah State Tax ? I get a msg that I cannot e-file.

Used Manual Update.  Finished federal.  Went to file state (UTAH).  Utah is visible. Clicked Utah and it siad wait, downloaded State, Successful.  Clicked state again and the process started all over again.  Have reloaded  Turbo-tax multiple time, did a manual update as suggested.  Nothing works.  Paid for both State and Federal.  Why sill UTAH not load.  Frustrating.

See if you can find the Utah program on your computer, probably in your download file. It should say "UtahIndividual.exe" or something similar. While you don't have TurboTax up and running, double click on the state program and it should load up TurboTax with the state program installed and ready to go.
