Utah State tax forms

I completed filing out the forms. The Fed return looks correct, but the State form is wrong. It has no numbers, nor documents and it says I owe no Taxes. Software issue?

My Utah State software has a huge glith that prevents me from filing with one day left.  It keeps  going to statutary employee information but it was never checked??

Assuming that you're not actually a Statutory Employee, if you’re in TurboTax Desktop, select the Forms icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

Then, in the Forms in My Return column in the left pane, select the relevant Form W-2.  If you have more than one, you may need to click several before finding the one with the Statutory Employee box checked. 

When you get to the relevant W-2, simply uncheck the Statutory Employee box in box 13.
