Tax Year Prior to 2020: I have moved to AZ this year and have made it my permanent residence; which form do I file? 140 or 140PY?

Use Form 140PY (Part-Year Resident).  It's a good idea to prepare the state you moved "from" prior to the state to which you moved so you can get any applicable credits for taxes paid to the other state (assuming both states have income taxes)
