I've tried everything- The minute I delete the form, it automatically regenerates. If I give it a fake school district number, I still can't delete it because it regenerates an "untitled" school district.
It shows me a refund for the exact amount of the taxes I have to pay for my real school district, so it appears to be a real software bug.
Can't seem to make it go away no matter what I do, and I can't "continue" because it won't let me have an untitled school district. I even tried to just put a fake one in there and say "don't file my taxes" and then I get to a phantom page and can't move forward.
Any ideas?
The phantom page that comes up if I put a fake school district number and try not to file it. It prevents me from even being able to move forward.

TurboTax (TT) does not automatically prepare a School District return, you must initiate it.
At the screen, in the Ohio program, titled "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes" scroll down to School District taxes.
Or later at the screen "Your 2022 Ohio Taxes are ready for us to check"
-Click Other situations
-Scroll down to School District taxes.
Usually, the School District return is e-filed with the state return, but there are exceptions.
Go into Tax Tools (left menu bar), then Tools, then Delete form. If you delete the SD 100, the error will go away.
If deleting and re-entering the Form does not work, and you still cannot efile, then you will have to mail your return.
