Hello: I have a free Premier online version through Fidelity. I registered the product after I completed the Federal return but before completing the CA State return. Since then, I also completed the CA State return. Now I cannot file or print either returns. Instead, I get a message that I hit a "snag" and to "Try Again" when I get directed back to "Review Your Order". If I delete the CA State return, then I can print/file the Federal return. When I looked at the Product Summary, it appears that the State return is not noted (where as in 2023, I completed both returns before registration and the Product Summary shows both the Federal and State returns). Any idea how I can "reverse" this ? Thank you.
