unable to efile VA state

why cant I efile VA return due to military retirement income on 1099-R?  ive been doing it for years

Thank you for the reply! I believe you are telling me that its a form issue and not a change in process. Once the correct form is available in TurboTax, the I should be able to efile. Is that correct?
