Two State Residency - Second State not available in the drop down menu.

I was a resident in Colorado until December of 2018 at which point I moved to Alaska. I put the correct information (Alaska as current residence and Colorado as previous state). However, when I attempt my state return, I am only able to do the Colorado portion. When I try to add the Alaskan portion, it's not in the list. I didn't purchase a home or work in Alaska during that period but is still required to report I assume.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you!

Alaska does not have a state income tax so there is nothing to report.

I do not need to report it but the Colorado portion can not be completed as it believes I should file as a Full-Year Resident. I moved at the end of December (12/28), could that be the issue?

Yes, I would report yourself as a full year resident of Colorado.

Despite claiming Alaskan residency in 2018, I should still report as a full-year resident of Colorado. Thank you 🙂
