I've multiple sources of retirement income reported on Federal Taxes. Sources were carried over to the state of AL return. However, on the automated review, I'm asked to review the above worksheet. The worksheet correctly identifies the sources of income. The one taxable by the state has box 2b checked, Taxable amount not determined. It's all taxable, by both fed and state of AL. It's correctly captured in the sources of income for state return, the taxes paid to the state are captured. The return itself looks fine. But I can't get past the 'Check My Return' phase, as it seems to indicate that I've said it's not taxable, which isn't true, nor reflected in the return.

At this point, we may need to look at your file to pinpoint the specific issue you are having regarding the error message. What we are going to ask you to do is to share your tax return information with your entire personal information scrubbed clean. All we will look at is the numbers in the return.
If you are using the online version. go to tax tools>tools>share my file with agent. once you select this, you will receive a token number. What is that token number?
If you are using the software, go online>share tax file with agent. Press send at the next screen and this will give you a token number. What is that number please?
