TURBO TAX TRYING TO DOUBLE CHARGE AFTER FOLLOWING THEIR ADVICE

I've been having issues filing my SIMPLE oregon state return even though I have had my federal done for months now.

I go back and try the step the Turbo Tax support person told me to do (delete the oregon state return, do it again). So I did. I deleted it. I re-added oregon, clicked through all the pages and then got to the end to re-file the "new" oregon one.. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $50 after I already paid for JOINT FILING IN FEBRUARY. What the?! My state return is like $70 and I already paid a filing fee before so what is going on here?!

at this point im ready to bite the bullet. unless they give me a coupon code or refund me. its literally the last day here
