Turbo tax Missing box #7 ?

1099 misc missing box 7 when it is pulled up. Why?

Starting in 2020, there is no more box 7 on a 1099-Misc.  If somebody/company issued you a 1099-Misc with box 7, they made a mistake.

In TurboTax, enter it as if you received a form 1099-NEC with the amount in box1.

If the 1099-Misc was transferred in from last year's return, only an empty form is imported.   You have to edit the form and type in the amounts.   If you did not receive a 1099 from that payer, you can delete it.    If you have a 1099-Misc with an amount in Box 7 this year, it should be reported as Form 1099-NEC in Box 1.
