TT Business 2022 - Unable to open file or reinstall NC state program after computer crash

My laptop died. Luckily all data was backed up. Bought new computer, reinstalled TT Business 2022. Trying to open existing file, I get message saying "Your federal tax return is now on this computer. Let's get your NC State tax forms next. Error 190." When I click on "Download my state forms", the state download dialog opens. But when I try to select my product (NC S-Corp), it's not there. The only NC option is Partnership.

If I close the state download dialog, or if I close the initial "Error 190" dialog, it just goes back to the home screen - it won't all me to open my existing file, so I can't even get to my Federal return.

Help?

Did you purchase the CD from Turbo Tax or another retailer? As some retailers sell federal only.

Also, if you e-file regardless of where you purchased, there is a fee for e-filing. @BG72
