TC40 and TC40B Utah

I am trying to finish filing my state taxes. My current license is for Florida, however, I am a student in Utah and when trying to file my taxes it says I need the TC40 or TC40B and its not ready yet. Is there something I need to do to get these?

If your Utah forms are not yet available, you'll have to wait for them. If you earned sufficient money in UT, you will have to file a return, whether you are a resident, a part-year resident, or a nonresident.
