No one can see your tax return or your account.   We do not know what deduction you are asking about.   Provide some details and explain what deduction you tried to get---there are a lot of possibilities and we cannot just guess.

In the search line enter some keywords or question without quotes. On the next page, skip the suggested topic links and scroll down until you see CALL US.  It should show the wait times.  Week days 5 AM - 5 PM Pacific time.  Free support is not available to Free Edition users. If your total itemized deductions  do not exceed your standard deduction, then any itemized deductions you entered will not be taken.  TurboTax will take the standard deduction, instead, because it is more.
