I used your service for taxes I received my refund but they have not paid my state taxes yet. I thought that you would take it out of my bank account as instructed

TT does not pay your state taxes for you. Rather, if permitted, it transmits the payment info to your state, who then pulls the payment.

if your state tax payment was not debited on the date you specified, you will need to reach out to your state's Department of Revenue. Please see the below TurboTax Help Article for contact information.
