    If you lived in Pennsylvania less than 31 days in 2020 and

    - your employer withheld PA income tax: you can file state tax return as Arkansas resident and PA non-resident to return your PA income tax withheld;

    - your employer didn't withheld PA income tax: you can file tax return as Arkansas state resident only;

    If you lived in PA more than 31 days in 2020 you'll need to file part-time Pennsylvania state resident and Arkansas state resident  tax returns.

    Thank you very much for the answer. Arkansas state tax require a signed copy of Pennsylvania tax form, if I choose to file both state electronically, are you going to generate a form of PA And attach it to Arkansas form? Or I have to print out and file?

    Thank you again.

    Doubtful, please check your AR return and see if it includes the PA. If not, you have two options:

    • You can mail in the AR with the attached PA as required.
    • You can efile the AR and mail in the PA either now or when requested.
