Kentucky State income tax is higher than actual taxes I paid in does anyone know TurboTax's phone number I need to talk with someone

Make sure you entered your W-2 Boxes 15-17 correctly. Sometimes, the Box 16 wages is entered as Box 17 State income tax. That would result is a higher refund versus what you paid in.
