Hello,

Unable to start MAINE state taxes.  Software is updated but program is not working.  Seems like it is stuck.

Can you help me please?

My Maine state program works in both the TurboTax Download/CD and TurboTax Online versions.

Here is what I recommend:

1. Sign out and sign back in, and see if that "un-sticks" the program.  If you are working in the Download/CD version of TurboTax, be sure to save your tax return first.
2. If you are working in TurboTax Online, "clearing your cache and cookies" often "fixes" a lot of issues.  Click here for the instructions for how to clear your cache and cookies.

Thanks but nothing you suggested is working.  Fed Taxes are fine but cannot open MAINE state tax still

AND

I cannot see my 2018 returns in TurboTax.  I purchased a deluxe version from STAPLES and efiled just like I am working on this years return.  I can not see 2018 on my 2019 return.

Stil not working.  It seems like stuck.  State software is downloaded and updated.  But it does not go further than that.
