My Turbo Tax is up to date but when I try to begin my state taxes it says it needs to save my taxes and download the states. It has done this 7 times. Each time saying my software is up to date. I have closed the program - reopened it- and re-downloaded it this morning.

Thank you for your response. I have cleared the cache, restarted my computer and it did not work. I have run the manual update and it did not work. It shows my state but will not open it or let me continue. Is it possible the down load link is bad? Please help, I would like to complete my taxes.
