Hi, I work for a company in Texas, but they take jobs in Arkansas that I have to go work on. Since the company I work for is based out of Texas do I still have to file an Arkansas state tax return?

Yes, you have to file an Arkansas income tax return. 

• Per Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration:   Nonresidents of Arkansas who received any gross income* from Arkansas sources must file a return (Regardless of marital status, filing status, or gross income amount).

"Gross income from Arkansas sources" includes the pay you received, from your TX employer, for the days you physically worked in AR.
