State tax refund

I never received my refund from the 2018 state tax filing and I never really received confirmation from Intuiit that it was ever excepted. I went back to the emails and there was never another email notice sent after pending. What can I do now?

Maybe you didn't finish filing it or it Rejected.  When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

Hi, I am not sure where I would see the status on the web site? The last email status said it was transmitted and pending - nothing after that
