I am a California resident with a rental property in Hawaii. I pay income taxes to Hawaii for the rental property. Turbo Tax is trying to make me pay income taxes on this property in both California and Hawaii. How do I get the California portion removed?

If you are a California resident, you must report and pay taxes on all your income. If you paid taxes to a state other than California during the year, you may receive a tax credit for that on your California state taxes. That way, you won't be taxed twice on the same income. In the California section look for the screen below.
I am unable to locate the screen you are showing in your example. I am working with the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax. Can you guide me to the screen you are showing?
Thanks.
In TurboTax Deluxe version, California Other State Tax Credit can be found at the screen Take a look at California credits and taxes.
You see this screen after answering income questions on your California tax return.
Thanks. I finally got it.
