state tax download to mail in but not efile can the same state be used on another persons taxes

my mom is allowing me to use her terbo tax software to file, this comes with a state e file. can i daownlaod this e file with out subjecting it to my file only and just use it to calculate my state tax return? that way she can use it on her computer for her state e file. i only want it to use in calculating i will mail mine in.
