My state return tracker says

your return has been changed you will not be mailed a return

you will be mailed something explaining are decision in three weeks.

what does this mean it didn’t say rejected or anything just what I wrote

the state found error(s) on your return. you'll not be getting a refund. you may now owe. they will send you an explanation of the changes in 3 weeks. there will probably be instructions on what to do if you disagree with the changes.

I forgot to submit a W-2 from working for the year but I don’t understand why I wouldn’t get a refund when I made under a certain amount I didn’t make over $15,000 for the year so I know I have a state refund but I know I owe child support but I still have my federal return pending so why would they cancel the state not the federal
