State refund changed

So I finished filing my taxes but some reason it change; my NY state returns was $649, after I was done it change to $395. why did it change?

The amount you see on the left panel is an estimate of your tax refund or liability.

It is not final until you have entered all of your information and answered all of the questions.

Once you have completed your input and reviewed your return, the final number will be displayed. The program will then take you through the steps to complete and file your return.

Um, NO. I was totally done entering my taxes and already FILED them. The file was rejected because your TERRIBLE software needs an update. I logged in three times since to check whether it was updated and THEN the amount was reduced. But the software is not updated. So there is a BUG in your software.
