State Refund Calculation Issue

It does not appear that the state tax that I paid is being properly calculated when determining my refund.

State tax paid was $800. I have verified that the Income portion is filled out properly.

What can I do?

I have got state of Massachusetts calculation issue. Amount of refund, withhold  entered correctly but on next page incorrect amount.

I hope somebody from Intuit reads our comments and will fix this problem soon!

    Thanks

I have the same problem. calculated that I have 1,356 refund but final refund is 983. That's a significant error. Has anyone heard back from Intuit on this?

    thanks

Where are you seeing these 2 different numbers?   Some screens you see may reference your ''total refund'' as the amount of your federal refund + your state refund(s), so you may be looking at a total instead of an individual return amount.   You can see your federal refund amount on Line 34 of your Form 1040.   Your state refund amounts can be found at the bottom of your state return, the line numbers are different on each states' returns.

You can preview your tax summaries without printing in TurboTax to verify this information.

There was an update when I launched TurboTax today which has resolved the issue.

Unfortunately the latest update didn’t resolve my issue.

    Thanks.
