State of Michigan e-filed return status

I e-filed a State of Michigan return on 7-17-19 and have not received ANY confirmation of acceptance or even receipt of the return.  What should I do??

I submitted my son's return on the 14th and it still hasn't been accepted by the state of Michigan.
