State not found in download section

Hi Support

We have purchased Delaware state on 7th Apr 2021 with order no. TTDCDLA147870783 but we are not able to see the same in the download section. Can anyone from your team help us find the utility link . This is not so good standard service that your software is providing, we are on hold just because of this. An urgent attention is required.

The Delaware program should automatically download if you purchased DE with Get Another State within TurboTax Business. Click on your State Taxes tab. Do you see Delaware?

If not, you may be looking in the wrong account for your download. See: How do I make sure I'm in the right TurboTax account?

In years before 2019, Turbotax allowed download of state return utility from our download section after purchase of the state, which we are not able to do now.

I have to file another tax return with Delaware state on another system, how can i use that state software in the other system.
