State Interim tax automatic payments

The automatic quarterly state payments have been duplicated by mistake. consequently they are now overpaid. How do we get intuit to cancel the last quarterly payment in January?

Turbo Tax doesn't make any payments for you.  Are you talking about QuickBooks?

    I guess my message is not clear. In Turbo tax for states there is a facility to set up automatic scheduled interim quarterly state tax payments from a bank account. I set this up and my scheduled payments have been automatically paid up till now. I wish to cancel this system and make the payments online myself. I do not know how to discontinue the automatic payments.

Contact your state to find out how to stop them since TT only passed the debit info to the state and they are the ones managing the debits.
