State forms not needed

In past years I needed the states of New York and Montana. I have not needed these for a couple of years. How do I prevent those states from being installed on my current turbo tax product.

We Superusers have complained about that for years, to no avail.

......it wastes time and disk space...but since you are not charged for them, unless you actually use them, they don't really hurt anything...beyond the perpetual annoyance.
