State Filing --- Payment

I am in the last stages of filing, but I keep getting pushed to the same screen for "How do you want to pay" for State Filing. After I selected "Pay with your credit card", I've entered all the requested information, "

You can access them whenever you’re ready. Here’s what we restored for you :

TURBOTAX DESKTOP STATE RETURN CA TAX YEAR 2021 E-FILE"

It back to the same page, and when I click "Continue" it funnels through the same exact process - over and over again.

Hi, I followed these steps, and was told my software was up to-date. I've tried restarting the application multiple times to no avail.

Try choosing to mail in your state payment and then visit your state's website or contact your state Department of Revenue for payment options. You can usually pay right on your States website.

If you are still unable to continue and you are using the Online version, please try logging out of TurboTax, clearing your cache and cookies and logging back in and resubmitting. You may also want to try another browser.

Same here. Both my bank and Turbo tax order history show the $25 payment but the app just comes back with "you're payment didn't go through". I just found out I can e-file with my state (PA) directly for free.
