State filing for trust return: two questions

I'm filing a return for my mother's trust. She passed away in April 2021, and her trust earned money off the sale of her house.  I have the federal 1041 return finalized, but I have two questions on the state filing?

1. her trust was in Oregon (where she lived for the last few years), but the income was earned in California (where she owned the property/home).  Do we file the state taxes in OR or CA?

2. If it's OR, TurboTax Business does not let me download the state forms for OR. Other states are possible, but Oregon is not an option for the state download?

Thanks

TurboTax Business does not support Oregon fiduciary returns.

If the trust has California source income (which it appears that it does), then the trust will likely have to file a California return.
