State Estimated Tax Amounts

I have previously paid estimated taxes to the state, and I have set that up through the state tax website. I also set the automatic payments for this year through the site. However, I just filed through TurboTax and the amount estimated is different, and I submitted for the estimated tax through TurboTax. Will the state amount be corrected?

If you submitted a tax return showing a different amount paid in than the amount that you actually paid in estimated payments then the state will correct your estimated payments to reflect the amount actually paid in.
