Turbotax is charging me $250 to efile my CA state tax return.  I know there is an additional fee to eFile state returns, but it cannot be 250$ can it?

No-----it is $25 to e-file a state return when you use desktop software.   If you want to avoid the $25 state e-file fee you can print and mail the state return.

Thanks, but then there must be a glitch, because it clearly says $250 (plus additional sales tax).  I am hesitant to continue, get charged $250 and have to pursue a redund from Inuit.

In the meantime I have found another thread where people claim the same issue.  The thread is over 1 month old, but it seems the bug is still not fixed.  How do I inform Intuit directly about the bug?
