State Efile Rejected

I tried to efile my state return and got the code 0008 - Missing or Invalid Foreign Province or State. My Federal return was accepted. It is a South Carolina return, we live in a foreign country. TurboTax doesn't find a problem with the return check. Any ideas?

Many states will not accept an e-filed tax return with a foreign address. Print and mail the state tax return.
