State e-file

I have successfully e-filed my Federal and West Virginia returns (I have West Virginia income but reside in MO).  However I am unable to file, print, or download my MO return although I can see the return on my computer screen and all computations seem correct.  The TurboTax Premier program I downloaded from TurboTax states my return cannot be e-filed because the State of MO has not finalized MO-CR (taxes paid in another state) and 5695 (qualified health insurance premiums).  On the other hand, the TurboTax website states that both MO-CR and 5695 have been finalized by the State of MO.  I can see both MO-CR and 5695 on my computer screen correctly filled out.  I talked and worked with TurboTax customer service for over an hour to no avail.  I'm Mr. No-Tech but I expect the problem lies somewhere in the TurboTax software that I downloaded from TurboTax.  Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this vexing problem?
