When starting the state return it says it will download, then says the software is up to date. But when I press it to continue to state the State return, it will not let me continue. I just need a single state- Arizona.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this difficulty.  This is a known issue and TurboTax has issued the FAQ linked below to assist users.  Please follow these instructions, which should resolve your issue.

State Loop indicates TurboTax is up-to-date after updating but won't allow you to install your state

I just used a different computer and it worked
