I keep getting an error saying " Retirement Worksheet - Taxpayers Military Income is too large. Total Taxpayer IRA and Pension income reported on your Federal Return".
I have absolutely no idea what this is referring to. I have no military income. While there may have been an IRA RMD, it was treated as a rollover due the fact that is was returned to the respective IRAs.
How do I fix this error.
Thank you

You need to review the personal information section in TurboTax and make sure you did not indicate that you are in the military. Also, you should review your wage and pension income entries to insure you did not indicate that there was any income that was associated with the military.
If that doesn't help, you may have to delete your state return and re-enter that information.
I will try to delete and re-do SC return.
I get 2 error messages when checking my returns. Both are essentially the same.
"Retirement Worksheet: Taxpayer IRA Income/Military Income is too large. The Total Taxpayer IRA/Pension Income reported on your Federal Return is $0."
I reviewed Federal return and everything seems right.
What is best way to delete SC and start over?
If the IRA was completely rolled back in, code G or H on the forms, the state should not be picking that up as taxable. You can preview your state return. See How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing?
A military error would be coming from the federal. Double check in the personal information section that nobody is marked military. Review your form entries that there is no military marked. Then you can try to delete SC.
You can just push the trashcan or delete button by SC when ready.
