South Carolina Addback Issue with Nonresident Return (i.e., checkbox)

For 2025, when I select the South Carolina resident return option in the SC state step-by-step, the state addback for MFJ of $1500 due to the OBBB is added to the South Carolina state tax form. However, when the nonresident return option is selected, the state addback of $1500 is not included. Is this deliberate by Intuit/TT or an issue with TT?
