Social Security California Return

I am trying to file my California taxes and it keeps telling me there's an error. Is there an update coming on this? Taxable amounts on my federal return? Form 1040 5b. Help

My understanding is the programmers are doing something with the CA; but, I don't believe that is the issue. You can check your state form availability.
