Since CT is not your permanent state of residence and you only lived there on a temporary basis, you will need to file a CT nonresident state income tax return to report your CT sourced income only.
If your resident state has a state income tax, you will also need to report all income from all sources (CT-soured income) on your resident state income tax return. You will get a state income tax credit in your resident state for any CT taxes that you paid on CT sourced income tax is included on your resident state's income tax return.
Just follow the TurboTax guide when working on your states (remembering to do your nonresident state return first) and TurboTax will do all the calculations and credits to your resident states return
