Should I check the "Yes made money in states other than home state" if I file a Reciprocity form every year?

My wife and I both live in MN and work across the river in ND. Both of us fill and file an NDW-R Reciprocity form every year with our employers. Does this mean I would say "No, we didn't make money in any other states" instead of "Yes, we made money in states other than MN"? When I went to HR block last year, I did not have to file an ND tax return, but through Turbo Tax I have always had to. Wondering if this selection is where that comes from.

Correct, in your case select "No" since no other state return needs to be filed as long as there was no North Dakota state tax withheld from your paychecks.
