When reviewing the NY return it's telling me that I can't efile because the return claims a solar and wind energy credit carryover, but I did not claim that credit.

There may have been a mis-entry of information of data at some point, but, to delete any erroneous data in the New York interview portion of TurboTax Online:

1. If you don’t see 2022 TAXES in the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes on the Hi, let’s keep working on your taxes! page and then select Let’s get started, Pick up where you left off, or Review/Edit. 
   • Otherwise, in the left pane, select Your State Returns under State Taxes
2. Select  Edit to the right of New York
3. Proceed through the state interview until you come to the You Just Finished Your New York Return screen.
4. Scroll down to Credits and Other Taxes, and select Update to the right of Credits and other taxes
5.  On the Take a look at New York credits and taxes page, scroll down to the Your Home section, and select Update to the right of Unused Solar Energy Credit Carryover from Prior Years
6. On the Credit Carryover Earned in Prior Years page, delete any entries in the fields provided, then select Continue
7. Select Continue on the No Credit in 2022 page
8. Select Done with Credits on the Take a look at New York credits and taxes page
