Unable to electronically file because my MA public safety officer pension is tax exempt

I completed a 401k rollover and TT won't let me submit my MA electronic filing for the reason above. I've checked and it's fully up to date. Any suggestions?

I just had to ask to figure it out. I removed the 0 in the pension box to make it blank and it let me submit.

Same - removed or deleted the zero in the box and it let me submit - how infuriating is that?

My solution this year was to ditch TurboTax and have it done by a real human. Several hours on the phone last year for what seemed like an easy fix.

Very infuriating.  TT should fix this.  I gave up last year and used snail mail.  Can't believe all I had to do was make it a blank field! Thanks for the tip!
